Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br />Re: Resolution No. 4205 <br />Our File No. 75i031 <br />Dear Liz: <br />Enclosed please find the certified copy of Resolution No. 4205 (the "Resolution ) that <br />you sent to me for recording upon our receipt of any required consents from the land owner, <br />Mick Sletten. When we last spoke. I understood that the Council approved the subdivision <br />described in the Resolution wit i the understanding that Parcel B, as described in the Resolution, <br />would be combined with tax parcel No. 31-118-23-33-0006 (4720 Bayside Road). With that in <br />mind, the approval paragraph o^ the Resolution should identify the survey ... dated October 28, <br />1998, revised Januao' 6, 1999, knd attached ...” and the following changes should be made to <br />the paragraphs describing the onditions of the Council's approval: <br />1 . Paragraph 1 sho ild read; ” 1 . Parcel B as described on the attached Certificate of <br />Survey shall be combined with jParcel No. 31-118-23-33-0006." <br />2. Paragraph 3 shopld read: "3. Subdividers shall grant drainage and utility <br />easements to the City within 10* of both sides of the new lot lines.' <br />3. Paragraph 4 should read: "4. Subdividers shall provide a title opinion to the CityJ. ^ dXiuuiu i^au. -r. -----------------------^--------- <br />for the Property and Parcel No.,31-118-23-33-0006 and shall provide any consents or other <br />documents required by the Cityj Attorney with respect to the approved subdivision and required <br />m f * A *lot combination. <br />Once these changes have been made, please return a certified copy of the Resolution to <br />me. In the meantime, 1 am goii .g to send a letter to Mr. Sletten's attorney identifying the title <br />requirements that must be satis ied prior to recording the Resolution. In addition to the title <br />opinions and exchange deeds between Mr. and Mrs. Sletten and the owners of the adjoining <br />parcel, we will also need a lega description for the new drainage and utility easements to be <br />granted. I see that they are identified on the sur\ ey but the surveyor has not included a legal <br />description of the proposed easement. <br />U
