3.Subdividers shall grant drainage and utility easements to the City within 10' of <br />both sides of the new lot lines. <br />4.Subdividers shall provide a title opinion to the City for the Property and Parcel No. <br />31-118-23 33 0006 and shall provide any consents or other documents required by <br />the City Attorney with respect to the approved subdivision and required lot <br />combination. <br />5. <br />1998. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the division has not been <br />filed by the date specified above.
