r <br />§ 10.09 <br />the neighborhood and for recommendation in regard to granting such conditional use and the <br />conditions thereof, if any, or for the denial of such conditional use. The Council may by unanimous <br />action waive reference to the Planning Commission. <br />Source: Municipal Code <br />Effective Date: 9-14-67 <br />Subd. 3. Conditional Uses: Application. Whenever this Zoning Chapter requires a <br />conditional use permit, an application therefor in writing may be filed with the Zoning Admimstrator <br />together with such filing fee as may be established by the Council and shall be accompanied by a <br />site plan and such information and showing as may be necessary or desirable, including, but not <br />limited to, the following: <br />A. Site plan drawn at scale dimensions with setbacks noted, <br />B. Location of all buildings, heights, and square footage. <br />C. Curb cuts, driveways, parking spaces. <br />D. Off-street loading areas. <br />E. Drainage plan. <br />F. Type of business, proposed number of employees by shift. <br />G. Proposed floor plan with use indicated and building elevations. <br />H. Sanitary sewer and water plan with estimated use per day. <br />I. A lighting plan showing the lighting of parking area, walks, security lighting <br />and driveway entrance light. <br />J. A landscape plan with a schedule of the plantings. <br />K.
