Tne following is the area proposed to be assessed: Property abutting Woodhill Avenue and Lots 1 through 5 Woodhill Ridge in the north 1/2 of Section 2, Township 117, Range 23 West, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The amount to be specially assessed against your particular lot, piece, or parcel of land is $ 9,464.70 ^ You may at anytime prior to certification of the assessment to the county auoitor,^ pay the entire assessment of such property with interest the City of Orono.
