We reviewed the above plat and make the following comments: <br />• The developer should dedicate enough right of way to create a 100 foot corridor from and along the <br />centerline of CSAH 6. This action will accommodate any future roadway upgrading plus paths, <br />utilities, snow storage, signage, etc. <br />The existing field road entrances must be removed and the ditches/slopes restored with seed or sod, as <br />noted in Entrance Permit no. 4103.
