2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />9. <br />Outlet B is platted as a separate parcel south of Spring Hill Road, and may be <br />retained by the Club or may at the Club's discretion be sold to an adjoining <br />property owner for legal combination with the adjoining property. On the final <br />plat drawings, the wetlands within Outlet B shall be shown. <br />Applicants shall grant Flowage and Conservation Easements and Drainage <br />Easements as appropriate over the wetlands, pionds, drainageways and stormwater <br />facilities shown on the plat, as required in Resolution No. 3902. <br />The existing Flowage and Conservation Easement within tax parcel 26-118-23 <br />44 0003 will be vacated as part of the final plat approval resolution. <br />5. No additional right-of-way for County Road 6 shall be required by the City. <br />The completion of the platting process is subject to approval of the City of <br />Medina. <br />No Park Dedication Fee is required in conjunction with this plat because no new <br />residential building sites are being created. <br />An easement for trail purposes along Spring Hill Road as outlined in the Trail <br />Agreement (Exhibit D of Resolution No. 3902) shall be granted to the City as <br />a requirement of plat approval but shall not be required to app>ear on this plat. <br />Subdivider is hereby advised that preliminary subdivision approval will expire <br />within one year of the date of Council approval. May 10, 2000. Should the <br />subdivider fail to complete the filing of the final plat application within the year <br />deadline, it shall be necessary for the subdivider to file a new preliminary <br />subdivision application with the City. <br />Page 4 of 6
