PARCEL INFORMATION <br />Property Identification: <br />The subdivision includes the following parcels: <br />250 Old Crystal Bay Road 04-117-23 24 0004 <br />340 Old Crystal Bay Road 04-117-23 13 0001 <br />The property at 250 Old Crystal Bay Road is owned by Joan Thompson. The property at 340 Old <br />Crystal Bay Road is owned by Rodney Lee Minnick. Both properties have single family residences <br />with out buildings. <br />DESCRIPTION OF AREA <br />The proposed subdivision is bordered by Old Ciy'stal Bay Road on the east, a developed residential <br />neighborhood to the north, Department of Natural Resources (DNR) land to the east, and the Luce <br />Line Trail to the south. <br />TOPOGRAPHY <br />The site slopes upward from Old Crystal Bay Road to the existing residence at 250 Old Crystal Bay <br />Road, approximately 10 feet. The parcel slopes away from the residence at the south and east to a <br />wetland along the Luce Line trail. There are two wetlands on the site near the Luce Line Trail. The <br />National Wetland Inventory map indicates that the westerly wetland is "PEMC" which is a <br />palustrine, emergent wetland which is seasonally flooded. The easterly wetland is "PUBF” which <br />is palustrine, with a unconsolidated bottom.
