He <br />said the variance would require two votes out of three. <br />Flint moved, Kelley seconded, a motion to approve Application §2466,3020 Watertown <br />Road, without the 30’ outlot on the southwest comer and granting a variance to allow <br />access to Lot 1 without the 30’ outlot. VOTE; Ayes 2, Nays 1.
