Barrett said the Council can amend the resolution, create a flag lot and grant a Variance. He said the variance would require two votes out of three. Flint moved, Kelley seconded, a motion to approve Application §2466,3020 Watertown Road, without the 30’ outlot on the southwest comer and granting a variance to allow access to Lot 1 without the 30’ outlot.
