A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING <br />ON WEBBER HILLS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No.of the Council adopted May 10, <br />1999, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer in reference to the Webber Hills sanitary <br />sewer improvement, and this report was received by the Council on May 10, 1999, and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project <br />is necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counal of Orono, <br />The Council will consider the installation of such sanitary sewer improvement in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $610,000. <br />A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 28th day of June, 1999 <br />in the Council Chambers, 2750 Kelley Parkway, at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed <br />and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 10th day of iMay, 1999. <br />Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
