We are recommending that, after the assessment hearing is held, that the contract for this project <br />be awarded to GL Construction with a value engineering change order to construct the revised <br />sewer alignment through the back yards. <br />We are recommending approval of the attached resolutions to schedule the assessment hearing <br />for the regularity scheduled Council meeting on June 14th for this project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve resolution declaring cost to be assessed and ordering preparation of proposed <br />assessment for Edgewood Hills Area Sanitary sewer <br />Motion to approve resolution scheduling hearing for June 14, 1999 on proposed assessment for <br />Edgewood Hills Sanitary Sewer.
