ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES FOR APRIL 26.1999 <br />(Lake Minnetonka Conservation District, continued) <br />Kelley suggested that the LMCD look at reducing their surplus and at the same time review how they <br />can lower their expenses. <br />McMillan thanked Ron Moorse, City Administrator, for inciuding an articie in the City newsletter <br />regarding proper lawn care and spring cleanup for land located around Lake Minnetonka.
