ORDINANCE NO.___, 2ND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ORONO <br />BY LISTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES IN THE CITY <br />AS REZONED FROM RR-lB-1 TO RR-IB <br />'ihe City Council of the City of Orono ordains: <br />SECTION 1. The Municipal Code of Orono is hereby amended by amending the official zoning <br />map and zoning use district boundaries for property legally described as follows: <br />TTie following property in the South 1/2 of Section 25, Township 118, Range 23: <br />Bounded on the North by 6th Avenue North, on the East and South by <br />Spring Hill Road and Hunter Drive extended, and on the West by the <br />West line of Section 25, Township 118, Range 23. <br />Said property is hereby rezoned from RR-lB-1, One Family Rural Residential Subdistrict to RR-IB, <br />One Family Rural Residential District. <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published in THE LAKER/PIONEER newspaper and shall <br />be effective upon publication. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at its regular meeting held the <br />10th day of May, 1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
