It has increased <br />from $ 366,000. in 1998 to $ 416,700. in 1999. After subtracting $ 5,700. for new improvements (a <br />work shed), that is an increase of over 11%. This is unreasonable considering the current national <br />rate of inflation is 1.61% and forcasted to remain between 1.5% and 2.5% for 1999.
