The following <br />restrictions must be adhered to: <br />► Compliance with the City of Orono Large Assembly ordinance <br />► All riders must obey all traffic regulations/control <br />► No impeding of traffic <br />► Staging area must provide release of riders at timed intervals <br />► Provide for volunteers and professional traffic management where needed.i
