As Minnesota Dniform Fire Code, the following amendments to the Minnesota Uniform Fire Code are hereby adopted for the Cxty. A. Restrictions on Flammable or Combustible Liquid Storage. Prohibited Districts Established. Pursuant to MOFC Sections 79.501 and 79.1001, the all land located within the following specified zoning distrirts to be the districts within which the storage il ./ combustible liquids in aboveground tanks “ B-S^,’M-6 anl ^ R-IB, RR-lB-1, RS, LR-IC, LR-lC-1, B-l,_B-2, 3-3, B^ 4, B 5, n « a ^ PRD. ...................................... ■■ ■ 2 Aboveground Tank Locations. In those districts not included m Item 1 above, ie storage of flannnable or comb^tible liquids permitted provided such tanks are located in conformance with MUFC Sccuons 79.501 and 79.1001, and with the following: (a) No such tank shall be located in any required front yard space as defined in the Zoning Chapter. (b) No such tank shall be located within 50 feet of any side or rear property line unl^ it has a minimum one hour rating. one hotifite rating may be located within 30 feet of any side or rear propei^ Ime. (c) No such tank shall be located within T5 feet wetland, stream or drainageway unless such tank is diked ^ Section 79.508. The minimum setback for a diked tank shall be 30 feet from the lake, wetland, stream or drainageway.
