STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending denial of the applicantion based on the following: <br />A. Plumbing in an Accessory Structure requires the applicants apply for a Conditional Use <br />Permit. <br />B. Any accessory building with plumbing is required to meet all yard setbacks. The building <br />is located entirely within the front yard, ahead of the principal residence on the property. <br />C. <br />D. <br />The swimming pool is within the required yard. <br />§2475 <br />Other locations may be available for locating the swimming pool on the lot that would not <br />impact current or future adjacent property owners. <br />E.
