Regarding: <br />540 Orono Orchard Road <br />Variance Application <br />Sandra S. Larson <br />Purchased house with existing deck. In applying for the building permit to screen in existing <br />deck, I was informed that the deck required a variance and had not been applied for when built. <br />The only variance needed is with the alley, which is also my driveway. <br />The alley dead-ends at my property and all city vehicles turn around at that point. There is no <br />ability to access the alley beyond my property
