Lindquist moved. Smith <br />seconded, to table Application #2370. Approximate hardcover of 19.3 % is proposed to build a <br />deck on the west side of tlw^sidence. The house is 8 feet from the channel. Staff is recommending <br />to remove hardcover to riomply.
