That does not justi^, however, granting a hardcover variance in the 75’- <br />250’ setback where a house and garage with ^veway could be constructed with less than 3,7?7.5 <br />sq. ft of hardcover. <br />No l^dship exists to grant variances for side yard setback, structural coverage or to reduce the 10' <br />required distance between the principal and accessory structure. Further, no hardship exists to locate <br />the porch ahead of the average |akeshore setback. <br />Staff recommends that the applicant redesign to reduce variances.
