Otten are the fee simple owners of Outlot 1, LONG LAKE <br />COMMERCIAL-INDUSTRIAL PARK, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The entire parcel is covered <br />by an unrecorded Highway Easement in favor of the State of Minnesota dated July 15, 1927; but <br />only a portion of the parcel is occupied by the pavement and other improvements of Trunk Highway <br />12. On behalf of our clients, we respectfully request that the State of Minnesota reconvey to them the <br />surplus highway land, which is legally described as follows: <br />That part of Outlot 1, LONG LAKE COMMERCIAL-INDUSTRJA.L PARK, lying <br />northeasterly of a straight line running through Minnesota Department of T’"tnsportation <br />Right-Of-Way Monuments B8 and B5229. Said monument B8 is on the north line of said <br />Outlot 1 and 230.60 feet west of the northeast comer of said Outlot 1, as shown on <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation Right of Way Plat No. 27-57. Said monument <br />B5229 is on the east line of said Outlot 1 and 83.24 feet south of the northeast comer of said <br />Outlot 1, as shown on Minnesota Department of Transportation Right of Way Plat No. 27- <br />Enclosed are copies of the deeds into Mr. and Mrs. Otten and a sketch of the parcel to be <br />reconveyed.
