Daniels, Sr. have conveyed their fee
simple interests in the Brimhall Triangle to Mr. & Mrs. ClitYOtten. Copies of the tliree deeds aie
enclosed. I received one deed on Monday and uvo deeds today. I plan to record thciii tomonoNN.
I realize tliat tlie Road Agreement required Cliff Onen to acquire fee simple title to the Brirnluill
Triangle by March 15th or else Option 2 would be intplenienied. Mr. & ^Irs. Otten and Jeiui Mork
Brcdcson would very much prefer to proceed with Option 1, even though Cliff mic.sed the March
15th deadline. We request that the City of Orono waive that deadline and allow Option 1 to
proceed. Option 1 (icconveyancc of the Brimhall Triangle to Otten) should be easier to implement
than Option 2 (ttirnback of the Brunliall Triangle to die City of Long Lake and assignment to the
City of Orono), because it is more straight-foiward and does not involve the City of Long Lake. \Vc
hope the City of Orono will cooperate by granting this waiver.
V'ery truly yours,
LEONARD, STREET AND DEINARD
Hugit M.
