GafTron* <br />Title: Senio: Planning Coordinator <br />Agenda Section: <br />Zoning <br />Item Description: Woodhill Country Club - Authoriitation to Hold CUP Public Hearing at a <br />Special Council Meeting - Choose Date <br />Woodhill Country Club will shortly apply for a Conditional Use Permit requesting approval for <br />access to the Club via Woodhill Avenue. Council must unanimously waive referral of this <br />application to the Planning Commission in order for the public hearing to be held at a special <br />Council meeting in early May. <br />Council also is requested to choose a date for that hearing to be held. The earliest possible date in <br />which all hearing notification requiremems can be met is Tuesday May 4. Other possible dates are <br />Thursday May 6 and Tuesday May 11. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to waive referrral of the Woodhill CUP application to Planning Commission, and establish <br />a date for a public hearing to be held by the Council on this application.
