Clifford L. Otten and l.nui.se Wakefield <br />Olicn, husband and wife (“Otten”) and the City of Orono, a Minnesota municipal corporation (“City <br />of Orono") is amended as follows; <br />1. The March 15, 1999 deadline in the first sentence of paragraph 3 is hereby changed to March <br />31, 1999. The parties acknowledge that the revised deadline has been met <br />2.
