Closure is by self-retained stainless steel screws; <br />four provided for the 25' and 29' models, three provided for the 21' <br />model, and a single screw for the 17' model. A stainless steel self-locking <br />stop arm is provided to hold the lens frame in the open position while <br />servicing. A V«’ thick clear flat tempered glass lens is fully gasketed by <br />a one piece extruded and vulcanized silicone gasket. Lens is retained in <br />the frame by removable zinc plated steel clips. <br />Reflector Module: 17', 21' and 25' models have specular Alzak reflector <br />segments mounted within a one piece hydroformed shell. 29' model has <br />one piece hydroformed reflectors with a specular Alzak finish. Wire <br />penetrations to the socket are sealed by a silicone gasket to create a <br />totally sealed optical chamber. Reflector module hooks mto and out of the <br />housing by no-tool release hinges, secures to the housing flange by a self- <br />retained quarter turn fastener, is field-rotatable in 90® increments, and is— — . — Ml II I\i#i I Id UO, ai lU 19 <br />factory prewired with a quick-disconnect plug.
