23. Letter of credit for 150% of the cost of site improvements as determined by the <br />City Engineer. <br />24. The City shall provide a certified resolution, Resolution # <br />easements over Outlot A. <br />to vacate <br />PERMITS REQUIRED PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION: <br />25. Applicant shall submit plans to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District and <br />receive appropriate permits for grading and filling in and around the wetlands and <br />drainage areas. <br />26. Applicant shall obtain a land alteration permit to move 14,000 cubic yards of fill. <br />ACTIONS REQUIRED PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION: <br />27. Erosion control shall be placed to protect the wetlands prior to construction. <br />28. Trees or woods to remain shall be protected and preserved. The root zones are <br />to be fenced. Any damage to trees to be moved or preserved is to be treated in <br />an appropriate and timely maimer by a trained arborist. <br />FEES TO BE PAID PRIOR TO BUILDING PERMIT APPROVAL: <br />29. Application fee for land alteration permit. <br />30. Sewer and water connection charges; $8,900 per unit. <br />31. Sewer Availability Charges; $1,050 per unit. <br />TERMS: <br />j2. Authorities granted by this resolution are permissive only and must be exercised <br />by application for a building permit within one year of the date of Council <br />approval or this conditional use permit will expire on that date (April 12, 2000). <br />Page 9 of 11 <br />1 <br />.4
