L <br />Date:March 17 1999 <br />To:Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br />From: Gary Cheswick, Chief of Police <br />Subject: Special Event Permit <br />I have reviewed the application submitted by the American Diabetes Association <br />for a bicycle tour special event permit. <br />For this to be allowed, participants must follow traffic regulations when crossing <br />public roadways, with event personnel available to handle any possible medical <br />and/or mechanical situations. Additionally, they will need to notify the Department <br />of Natural Resources of the event. <br />J
