Tliree cities have <br />named their representative.s and three have yet to. \vo))ld appreciate having your designate <br />named by May 1. <br />Our iniliaiivc’s executive committee meets montlily,and generates a bi-monthly newsletter that all <br />city councils and other key contacts in the district reteive. However, it would help us mimongglY for <br />you to appoint one individual who would be the touchstone for information exchange. Because our <br />collaborative and its relationship w'ith Hennepin County has formalized, wt want to ensure that we <br />have a clear, two-way path of communication with all our cities As we move torward in obtaining <br />new funding for prevention and inter\ ention serN'icc^, it is vital that each city has input into the work <br />of the collaborali\e. Of course, you are aU welcome to attend any of the board meetings which are <br />typically held the second Thursday of each month irpm 9:30-11:00 a.rn.. usually at Christ Lutheran <br />Church in Maple Plain. <br />t <br />Please forward your designate’s name and phone numbers to either myself or to Melanie DeLuca at <br />449-8351 .
