. 4 <br />:?iiL aiMENT FOR INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES <br />This Agreement is entered into as of January 1,1999 between Youngdahl Companies <br />(hereinafter referred to as **Broket^) and Ci^ of Orono (hereinafter referred to <br />as “CUenO. <br />SERVICES <br />Broker agreed to provide insurance brokerage services for Ciient Such services may include, but are not <br />limited to, (1) recommendations to Client on the development of insurance programs, (2) procurement <br />of insurance coverage, and (3) monitoring of Client’s insurance programs. <br />Broker agrees to specifically to: Terms of “Insurance Agent/Broker Proposal. <br />APPOINTMENT OF BROKER <br />By this Agreement Client appoints Brdcer as its representative with respect to performance of the <br />above^escribed services and grants Broker the authority to transact insurance on Client’s behalf. <br />PAYMENT <br />In consideration for the services to be provided by Broker, Client agrees to pay Broker the sum of $7,200. <br />(per year), which payment is to be made on the following terms. Client understands and agrees <br />that in perfbrming tl^ Agreement Broker may also become entitled to received commission from <br />insurers..
