7. Services to be Performed bv City and Payment therefor. <br />^ Plan A Improvements . With respect to Plan A Public and Private <br />Improvements, the City Engineer: <br />will approve plans prepared by the Subdivider's engineer as for lot <br />layout, street and easement locations, proposed building service and <br />curb cut locations and Site Grading Improvements. <br />will review and approve the Subdivider's securing of all necessary <br />permits. <br />will make inspections for construction monitoring purposes <br />consistent with standard City policies and practices for public <br />improvement projects of construction progress, methods and <br />materials. <br />(4) will make final job inspections. <br />(5) will review and approve as-built drawings and service ties. <br />B. Plan B Improvements . With respect to Plan B Improvements, the City: <br />(1) will review and approve construction plans. <br />(2) will review and approve the securing of all required permits. <br />(3) will make inspections for construction monitoring purposes <br />consistent with standard City policies and practices for public <br />improvement projects of construction progress, methods and <br />materials. <br />8 <br />9. <br />(4) will make final job inspections. <br />(5) will review and approve as-built drawings and service ties. <br />Fees and Expenses. The Subdivider agrees to pay all City fees required per the <br />current City fee schedule and other City ordinances. <br />Home Owners Association. Subdivider agrees that attached Exhibit H, The <br />Declaration of Covenants and Conditions, will be placed in force upon recording of <br />the final plat, and that each of the purchasers of the lots of the subdivision will be <br />subject to the obligations and restrictions within that document.
