The ceiling <br />will be requiring repainting in the near future, and completing this work in conjunction with the <br />rehabilitation project is the best option. The cost for this work is $5,500. A 5% contingency <br />factor was included in the budgeting for this project. We are recommending approval of this <br />change order for painting of the ceiling. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve Change Order #1 in the amount $5,500 for painting of the ceiling in the <br />Navarre water treatment plant.
