The updated ordinance meets all current State and Federal <br />requirements. In addition, the ordinance encourages and facilitates coordination and cooperation <br />among the lake area cities in responding to emergency situations. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve an ordinance to amend Municipal Code Sections 9.36, 9.37, 9.38 and 9.39 by <br />adopting updated regulations for emergency management. <br />5
