112086.5 <br />City of OROINO <br />1 ^r^ C j** <br />■'^V-vv ■• ■-/ <br />, ORON(>i <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2089_________ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF, <br />AND DESIGNATING THE OFFICIALS AUTHORIZED TO INITIATE <br />HIRE TRANSFER OF CITY FUNDS <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Orono, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The City does hereby approve the use of wire <br />transfer of City funds for transactions related to the <br />investment (purchase, sale, collection of interest) of <br />the City’s funds; and for the payment of the various <br />bonded debt issues of the City. <br />2. The City does hereby authori2e the City Treasurer, <br />Deputy City Treasurer, or the City Administrator to <br />initiate such wire transfers as needed for the <br />transactions related to investment of the City’s funds <br />or for the payment of the City’s debt. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota, at a regular meeting held November 24, 1986. <br />Mary C Mayor \
