Wayzata Bhd. as a <br />childcare/prescliool. 1110 building was previously a preschool, so it is set up to our specifications. There <br />will be only minor aesthetic work. <br />We have applied for a license with the Department of Human ienices; we pkan to be licensed for 45 <br />children. We plan to have 12 employees, working different shifls <br />We intend to leave the parking lot as it is. Tlie front spaces will be used as drop off/pick up parking, as <br />well as a fire lane.
