Landscaping <br />The previous day care facility was required to have a fence around the play area and trees along the <br />fencing on Hwy. 12. <br />Signage <br />The lot may have an identification sign that shall not exceed 12 sq. ft. in area per surface. The sign <br />cannot be located on public right-of-way and shall not exceed 8' in height above the average grade <br />level. The sign may be illuminated by flood lights if the direct source of light is not visible from the <br />public right-of-way or adjacent residential areas. <br />Hours of Operation <br />The hours of operation will be between 6 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />To approve the conditional use permit subject to the following conditions: <br />1.The number of enrollees shall be limited to a maximum of 60 persons at one time. The <br />number of staff allowed shall correlate to the number required by DHS for the age and <br />number of enrollees. <br />2.
