Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Phone (612)473-7357 Fax 473-0510 <br />NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley <br />Parkway on Tuesday, February 16,1999 at 6:45 p.m. on the matter of a proposed revision to Orono <br />Zoning Code Section 10.40, the B-1 Retail Sales Business District and Section 10.25, the One- <br />Family Lakeshore Residential District in regards to regulations for construction and placement of <br />telecommunication towers and antennas. The intent of this proposed zoning amendment is to clarify <br />and correct the provisions of Ordinance No. 161,2nd Series adopted on May 27,1997. <br />The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. The public hearing will commence at 6:45 p.m. or as soon <br />thereafter as possible. All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time. Written comments <br />are solicited.
