Public service structures, including, but not <br />limited to, electric transmission lines in buildings such as telephone exchange <br />stations, booster or pressure stations, elevated tanks, lift stations and electric <br />powe: subst^tiqns. f>ersonal wireless services and commercial broadcasting <br />antennas and towers shall not be considered essential services. <br />Section 11. That Section 10.50, I, Industrial District, Subd. 3, of the abo\ e-entitled <br />ordinance to be amended by deleting subsection (B) to read as follows: <br />Br ■Antenna- Strueture;—One independent antenna structure with antenna er <br />combination of antenna attaehed-thereto, subordinate te and servieing the <br />principal use or strueture on theaame-lot and customarily ineidentol thereto <br />that is not attaehed to another struetare provided the height of the antenna <br />strueture-does not exceed 65 feet-and the-antenna strueture is set back from <br />any lot -line a distaiiOC at least--equal-to- the-total-height cf the antenna <br />structure; <br />Section 12. That Section 10.75, Height of Structures, Subd. 1, of the abov«-entitled <br />ordinance be amended and realphabetized to read as follows; <br />Subd. 1. Special Provisions. The height limitations imposed by other provisions of <br />this Chapter may be increased by conditional use permit by 50 percent when applied <br />to the following structures: <br />A:-----Antenna-or antenna structures-; <br />BtA. Church spires. <br />G tB. Belfiies. <br />Cupolas and domes which do not contain useable space. <br />ErD. Monuments. <br />BE. Water towers. <br />GrF. Fire and hose towers. <br />H tG. Observation towers. <br />EH. Flag poles. <br />M. Chimneys. <br />KrJ. Smokestacks. <br />EtK. Parapet walls extending not more than three feet above height of the building. <br />MrL.
