6375S88 <br />CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 8 5 0 K_____ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT <br />OF BAYSIDE HILLS <br />FILE NO. 1976 <br />\VHERE.\S, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the law.*; of the State of Minnesota; and <br />\MIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono lias adopted subdivision <br />reculations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City: and <br />UTIEREAS. the Cit>' Council has ccnsidered the application for a .subdivision of <br />a Class III plat by Don P. Gamble. Ill and Quatro, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, (hereinafter <br />"the subdividers";; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 14, 1994. the City Council approved Resolution No. <br />3495 approvina the preliminary plat of two lots and the lot width variances based on tlie unique <br />findings and hardships set forth in that lesolution. Subdivision has been found to meet all on.er <br />standards of the RR-IA Rural Residential Zoning District finding that each lot :s ol a size and <br />configuration that would allow its use .^s a single famuy residence to be fully develo}>ed without <br />w <br />the need of any further variances: and <br />WHERE.AS, the subdividcr has completed all requirements of the planing <br />reculations of the City, including: <br />1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 349j. the resolution that <br />granted preliininaiy approval of the tv o lot plat. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />3. Dedication on the plat of right-of-way for a public road shown as Bayside Read <br />(County Read No. 84). <br />4.
