The applicant had received a driveway entrance permit for entry <br />onto Bayside Road from Hennepin County. As the contractor began to <br />grade the driveway, debris was found from the previous use and the <br />amount of earth moving exceeded 500 cubic yards. The Building <br />Inspector issued a stop work order and directed the contractor to <br />obtain a conditional use oermit for land alteration. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />To approve. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br />Unanimous approval (4-0) and to recommend to the City Council not to require a double fee. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED; <br />To adopt or amend the attached resolution.
