MN 55323 <br />Re: Service 800 <br />File No. 139-2439 <br />Dear Greg: <br />Rich Kieman of KM builders faxed me a sketch plan of a revised access to the Service 800 site. The <br />revised plan would provide access to the north side of the building across the Otten property. The <br />proposed access would be a 24-foot wide paved rural section. <br />We have prepared a revised cost estimate for site improvements based on this revised access. The <br />incremental cost increase to construct the roadway to the north is $13,260. The revised cost for the <br />total site improvements, including the access across the Otten property, is $92,530. Both cost <br />estimates are attached for your review. A financial guarantee for 150 percent of this amount or <br />$138,795 should be provided to the City. <br />Rich and I have discussed and agreed upon the revised costs.
