ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />MINUTES FOR JANUARY 19,1999 <br />Sansevere replied that he does not know. He suggested that the Planning Commission and City <br />Council have a joint meeting to discuss the Comprehensive Plan. <br />(#12) OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br />Stoddard requested that minutes from previous meetings regarding properties to be discussed be <br />included with the staff reports. <br />Stoddard asked if the Planning Commission could address some straight forward issues by opening <br />them for public comment at the beginning of the meeting and then acting on them all together. <br />Sansevere said he will bring it up with the City Council. <br />(#13) PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR NOVEMBER 16.1998 <br />Lindquist moved, McMillan seconded, to approve the minutes of the November 16,1998 <br />Regular Planning Commission meeting. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />(#14) SELECTION OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS ON JANUARY 25, <br />1999 AND FEBRUARY 8.1999 <br />January 25,1999 • Schroeder February 8,1999 • McMillan <br />(#16) OTHER BUSINESS <br />Smith stated that she, Lindquist and Stoddard will not attend the February 16,1999 Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Schroeder moved, Stoddara seconded, to adjourn the meeting at 11:05 p.m. VOTE: Ayes 6, <br />Nays 0. <br />Sandra Smith, Chair <br />Page 17
