Resolution <br />The following parcel has been tax forfeited and is available to the City for public use or release for <br />public sale: <br />PID: 05-117-23 24 0082 <br />Legal : Lot 14, Block 5, "Bay View Park” <br />Staff has reviewed this wetland parcel located at the border of Stubbs Bay. It appears that the parcel <br />is below the Ordinary High Water Level (OHWL) of Lake Minnetonka and is within the floodplain. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends acquiring the above noted parcel for the public purpose of drainage and <br />conservation. A resolution requesting the conveyance of this lot for public use by the City is attached <br />for Council consideration. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt a resolution requesting conveyance of tax forfeit land for public use by the City of <br />Orono.
