(.87 acres) <br />Application: The applicants are requesting two variances to allow a kitchen addition on the <br />lakeside of an existing residence that is partially located in the average lakeshore setback. The <br />applicants are also requesting a hardcover variance to reduce hardcover in the 75'-250' setback <br />from 10,241 sq. ft. (39.94%) to 8,721 sq. ft. (34.2%) where 25% is allowed.
