The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers <br />at 1275 South Brown Road on Monday, June 18, 1990, to review the following <br />land use applications: <br />1. #1537 'Calvin Presbyterian Church at 177 Glendale Drive seeks a <br />conditiional use permit to construct a detached storage garage. <br />2. #1538 Lauren Born of 1432 Shoreline Drive seeks hardcover and <br />lakeshore setback variances for a proposed deck to be installed to the <br />lakeside of the existing residence. <br />3. #1539 David Filkins, the current owner of 3905 Shoreline Drive, <br />seeks hardcover and setback variances to connect a detached garage to <br />the existing residence. <br />4. #1540 Julienne and Ronald Prineas of 1980 Heritage Drive have filed <br />for a renewal lot width variance to allow construction of a single <br />family residence on the undeveloped property. <br />5. 41541 Dr. Roby and Jane Thompson of 1520 Tanglewood Road seek a rear <br />setback variance for a proposed addition to the existing residence. <br />6. #1543 Richard C. Reed of 1000 Old Long Lake Road seeks a height and <br />setback variance for entrance pillars to the existing residence. <br />7': #1544 Roger and Becky Berry have filed a renewal variance and <br />conditional use permit to allow construction of a new residence that <br />will require hardcover, lakeshore setback and grading within 75' of <br />the lake. <br />8. #1545 Dain and Janet Rodwell of 258 Cygnet Place seek a side setback <br />variance for the conversion of an existing deck to a 3 -season porch. <br />9. #1546 Scott and Sarah Prochnow of 4075 Highwood Road filed a renewal <br />variance for a street setback and hardcover variances within the 75- <br />250' setback area for construction of a detached garage. <br />10. #1547 Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has applied for a <br />conditional use permit to install an underground vault to house a <br />sewage meter to be located approximately at the intersection of West <br />Ferndale Road and Shoreline Drive. - <br />11. #1548 Curtis R. and Julia S. Jensen of 2700 Ethel -Avenue seek <br />approval of front and side setback variances for replacement of a 3 - <br />season porch and deck and a second -story addition to the existing <br />residence. <br />12. #1549 &'#1550 Rod Crawford of 4705 North Shore Drive has applied for <br />a variance and conditional use permit (#1549) to allow filling and <br />
