Changes in approved <br />plans are subject to further review by the City. Variance and Conditional <br />Use approval expires one year after date of approval. Permit application <br />must be submitted no later than July 9, 1991. <br />Please arrange to sign the 3 original resolution copies at the City <br />Offices (Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30). All persons with an <br />interest in the property must sign the resolutions. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they <br />are available from the City Clerk after review and approval by the City <br />Council. <br />You must apply for and obtain a building permit prior to commencement <br />of construction. (The building permit application is a separate <br />application from the zoning variance or conditional use application.) <br />
