City Council Member Kelley suggested that the Planning Commission take into consideration what they would like to see for signage along the old Highway 12 corridor as weil as the new Highway 12 corridor, along with lighting and building materials. Kelley stated that most of these guidelines were established with the understanding that Highway 12 would remain in its present location and that these issues now need to be reviewed. Motion by Lindquist, second by Smith, to table Application #2530, 2160 Wayzata Boulevard, to allow the Applicant time to submit a revised signage plan for the entire property. VOTE: Ayes 7, Nays 0.
