Issues for Consideration: <br />1. The residence was built in 1957 in its current position. There have not been any additions or <br />changes to the original residence. The lot and average lakeshore setback is unusual because of <br />the lot configuration to the north. <br />2. The joists of the deck are rotting and were built into the house and need to be replaced. <br />3. There are a number of landscaped areas with plastic underneath. <br />4.
