We can provide a cost estimate to extend the proposed <br />sewer southerly to serve the Fox Ridge neighborhood with gravity sewer if the City so desires. <br />5. Easements: Final platting should include 33 feet of dedicated right-of-way for C.R. 146. Drainage and utility <br />easements should be provided S feet wide along all interior lot lines and 10 feet wide along the roadway right-of- <br />ways. Drainage easements should be provided across all wetland, drainage way and pond areas. <br />6.
