§ 10.50 <br />27. Sporting equipment. <br />28. Television, radio and appliances. <br />29. Tools, hardware and small metal products. <br />30. Warehousing. <br />Subd. 3. Conditional Uses. <br />A. Within any'T' District, no structure or land shall be used for one or more <br />of the following uses except by conditional use permit: <br />1. Accessory structures. <br />2. Farm equipment sales, repair and storage. <br />3. Heliports as an accessory use for that property. <br />4. Motor fuel stations. <br />5. Open sales lots. <br />6. Outside storage. <br />7. Public service structures. <br />8. Railroad switch yards, team tracks or freight houses. <br />9. Research laboratories. <br />10. Residence necessary for security and safety in relation to a <br />permitted use or conditional use. <br />11. Restaurants (Class I) which are located in and mainly servicing <br />the personnel employed in that structure. <br />12.
