1 <br />• c <br />PARCEL INFORMATION <br />Property Identification: <br />The subdivision includes the following parcel(s): <br />08-1 17-23-42-0005/06/07/08 <br />Summary of Request <br />James Render, Render Development, Inc., has proposed a three lot Class III Subdivision - <br />Preliminary Plat application. The subdivision would involve four existing conforming lots being <br />reduced to three lots. On June 8, 1998 the City Council approved the Plat of Tonkawa Shores <br />(attached as Exhibit F). Tonkawa Shores created three .5 acre p>arcels to be served by a private <br />Outlot, shown on the plat as Outlot A. Mr. Render currently owns Lots 1,2 and 3 within the Plat <br />of Tonkawa Shores. He has proposed a Preliminary Plat, to be known as Tonkawa Shores 2nd <br />Addition, which includes an existing lot located at 3430 North Shore Drive.
