Duncan MacMillan <br />1820 Fox Street <br />Variance -- Public Hearing <br />Zoning District: RR-1 B One Family Rural Residential District (2 Acre) <br />Lot Area:Approx. 190,000 s.f. (4.4 acres) <br />This application requires the following variance; <br />Section 10.28, Subdivision 5(B): Side yard setback requirements: To permit a side yard setback <br />variance to allow a garage addition to be located 16.82 ’ where 30 ’ is required from the side lot line. <br />Application Summary: The applicant has proposed to construct a 30 ’ x 30 ’ garage addition to <br />the northeast side of the existing garage. The 900 square foot addition does require a side yard <br />setback variance.
